DSV is offering a full-time permanent position at its Innsbruck location as soon as possible in the Air & Sea division.

Aufgaben

You manage international air freight shipments across the globe – and make sure goods reach from continent to continent on time You make an active contribution to DSV's success – through efficient handling, satisfied customers and sustainable growth You are part of complex, international projects and experience firsthand how global supply chains work You communicate daily with colleagues and partners worldwide – from Europe to overseas You coordinate departures, track shipments in real time and ensure everything arrives exactly where it is needed You work with modern tools such as CargoWise One and gain insight into the digital world of global logistics You respond to spontaneous challenges and find quick, smart solutions in a dynamic environment You build an international network of airlines, partners and colleagues You take responsibility for correct billing towards our worldwide locations You actively help shape our quality processes – so that we inspire our customers worldwide and get a little better every day

Anforderungen

Completed commercial training, e.g. as a freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d) or comparable First professional experience as a freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d) in the air freight sector You are familiar with international air freight regulations and provisions You have very good German and English skills (written and spoken) Confident use of MS Office, ideally knowledge of CargoWise1 You stand out through strong customer orientation, problem-solving skills and a systematic approach
