About the position

Tasks
Φροντίδα και συμβουλευτική των επισκεπτών στο εστιατόριο. Υποστήριξη και εκπροσώπηση της διεύθυνσης του εστιατορίου, στενή συνεργασία με το τμήμα F&B και την κουζίνα. Καθοδήγηση και κατανομή των εργαζομένων και των έκτακτων βοηθών. Ανάληψη διοικητικών και οργανωτικών καθηκόντων και δημιουργική εξέλιξη της προσφοράς.
Requirements
Πάθος για το επάγγελμα, κατάλληλη εμπειρία και στέρεες επαγγελματικές γνώσεις. Ευχαρίστηση στην εξυπηρέτηση των επισκεπτών, αίσθημα ευθύνης, πρωτοβουλία και ενδιαφέρον για την υλοποίηση νέων ιδεών. Ικανότητα οργάνωσης, επικοινωνίας και καθοδήγησης ομάδας, καθώς και θετική παρουσία. Γερμανικά ή Αγγλικά· τα Αγγλικά μόνο είναι δυνατά ως εναλλακτική.
