About the position
A SO/ Vienna LOFT éttermében a reggeli kiszolgálásért felelős étteremvezetőséghez keresünk kollégát. Határozatlan idejű, teljes munkaidős állás, operatív munkavégzéssel az étteremben.
Tasks
Vendégek kiszolgálása és tanácsadása az étteremben. Az étteremvezetés támogatása és képviselete, szoros együttműködés a F&B területtel és a konyhával. Munkatársak és alkalmi dolgozók irányítása és beosztása. Adminisztratív és szervezési feladatok ellátása, valamint a kínálat kreatív továbbfejlesztése.
Requirements
Szenvedély a szakma iránt, megfelelő tapasztalat és megalapozott szakmai ismeretek. Öröm a vendégek gondozásában, felelősségtudat, kezdeményezőkészség és érdeklődés az új ötletek megvalósítása iránt. Szervezési, kommunikációs és csapatvezetési képesség, valamint pozitív fellépés. Német vagy angol; az angol önmagában is lehetséges alternatívaként.
