Chef de Partie / Sous Chef w hotelu rodzinny Die Seitenalm w Radstadt od 18 grudnia 2026. Praca pełnoetatowa na czas określony na sezon letni i zimowy, sześć dni w tygodniu i 48 godzin tygodniowo.
Tasks
Samodzielnie kierujesz swoim stanowiskiem i odpowiadasz za najwyższą jakość przygotowywania potraw dla naszych około 200 gości. Podczas nieobecności szefa kuchni jesteś głównym punktem kontaktowym dla całego zespołu kuchennego, koordynujesz przebieg pracy i zachowujesz pełny ogląd sytuacji. Uczestniczysz w tworzeniu menu, zamawianiu towarów oraz kontroli standardów higieny i HACCP. Wprowadzasz nowych członków zespołu, wspierasz pozytywną atmosferę pracy i pomagasz wszędzie tam, gdzie potrzebna jest dodatkowa para rąk.
Requirements
Wykształcenie zawodowe kucharza/kucharki bezwzględnie wymagane. Wieloletnie doświadczenie w gastronomii / hotelarstwie, idealnie na stanowisku kierowniczym (Chef de Partie lub Sous Chef). Talent organizacyjny, asertywność oraz umiejętność motywowania zespołu nawet w stresujących momentach. Wysoka świadomość w zakresie świeżości, higieny i estetycznej prezentacji potraw. Bardzo dobra znajomość języka niemieckiego (B1) umożliwiająca sprawną komunikację w zespole i z innymi działami.
