About the position
Chef de Partie / Sous Chef la hotelul de familie Die Seitenalm din Radstadt, începând cu 18 decembrie 2026. Post cu normă întreagă pe durată determinată pentru sezonul de vară și de iarnă, cu șase zile și 48 de ore pe săptămână.
Tasks
Gestionai în mod independent propriul post și te asiguri de cea mai înaltă calitate la prepararea mâncărurilor pentru cei aproximativ 200 de oaspeți ai noștri. În absența bucătarului-șef, ești persoana de contact centrală pentru întreaga echipă de bucătărie, coordonezi procesele și păstrezi o imagine de ansamblu. Participi la conceperea meniurilor, la comanda produselor, precum și la controlul standardelor de igienă și HACCP. Integrezi noii membri ai echipei, încurajezi un climat pozitiv de lucru și pui umărul oriunde este nevoie.
Requirements
Studii finalizate de bucătar/ bucătăreasă obligatorii. Experiență de mai mulți ani în gastronomie / hotelărie, ideal într-o funcție de conducere (Chef de Partie sau Sous Chef). Talent organizatoric, capacitate de impunere și abilitatea de a conduce o echipă motivat, chiar și în momente stresante. Conștiință ridicată pentru prospețime, igienă și prezentare gustoasă. Cunoștințe foarte bune de limba germană (B1) pentru o comunicare fără probleme în echipă și cu alte departamente.
