About the position
Chef de rang a Saalbacher Hof szállodában 2026. december 1-jétől. Határozott idejű, teljes munkaidős állás nyári és téli szezonra, heti hat munkanappal.
Tasks
* 40-60 vendéges hotelétterem egy részlegének önálló vezetése * Az előkészítő munkák (mise-en-place) elvégzése * Vendégek szakszerű tanácsadása italokról és ételekről * Vendégszolgálat humorral :-) * Reklamációk gyors és vendégközpontú kezelése * Rend és tisztaság az étteremben * Commis de rang munkatársak betanítása és oktatása További feladatok * Kreatív javaslatok benyújtása * Segítő kéz a kiszolgálás más részlegeiben
Requirements
* Befejezett szakmai képzés vagy chef de rang munkakörben szerzett szakmai tapasztalat * Italokkal és borokkal kapcsolatos ismeretek * Tökéletes német- és nagyon jó angolnyelv-tudás * Öröm az emberekkel való foglalkozásban * Jó önszervezés, valamint pontos és strukturált munkavégzés * Kompetens és professzionális megjelenés * Rugalmasság, terhelhetőség és csapatkészség * Szándék a személyes továbbfejlődésre Két év szakmai és kevesebb mint egy év vezetői tapasztalat. Nyelvi profil: német B2 és angol B2; a szöveg tökéletes német- és nagyon jó angolnyelv-tudást ír elő.
