Chef de Rang la Hotel Saalbacher Hof din 1 decembrie 2026. Post cu normă întreagă pe durată determinată pentru sezonul de vară și de iarnă, cu șase zile lucrătoare pe săptămână.
Tasks
* Conducerea independentă a unei secții în restaurantul hotelului pentru 40-60 de oaspeți * Pregătirea mise-en-place-ului * Consilierea competentă a oaspeților cu privire la băuturi și mâncăruri * Servirea oaspeților cu umor :-) * Tratarea rapidă și orientată spre oaspeți a reclamațiilor * Ordine și curățenie în restaurant * Instruirea și formarea commis de rangs Sarcini suplimentare * Prezentarea de propuneri creative * Sprijin în alte departamente ale serviciului
Requirements
* Formare profesională finalizată sau experiență profesională ca Chef de Rang * Cunoștințe despre băuturi și vinuri * Cunoștințe perfecte de germană și cunoștințe foarte bune de engleză * Plăcere în relaționarea cu oamenii * Bună organizare personală, precum și mod de lucru precis și structurat * Aspect competent și profesional * Flexibilitate, rezistență la stres și spirit de echipă * Dorință de dezvoltare personală Doi ani de experiență profesională și mai puțin de un an de experiență de conducere. Profil lingvistic germană B2 și engleză B2; textul solicită cunoștințe perfecte de germană și cunoștințe foarte bune de engleză.
