Tasks
Προετοιμασία μενού, πιάτων ημέρας, γευμάτων συνεδρίων και μπουφέδων· στήσιμο και εξυπηρέτηση μπουφέδων· προετοιμασία mise en place καθώς και γευμάτων προσωπικού· παραλαβή, συντήρηση και υγιεινή αποθήκευση προϊόντων· διατήρηση της καθαριότητας της κουζίνας, των ψυκτικών και των αποθηκευτικών χώρων και τήρηση των προδιαγραφών ποιότητας, υγιεινής και ασφάλειας στην εργασία.
Requirements
Ιδανικά ολοκληρωμένη εκπαίδευση σεφ· ένα έτος επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας, κατά προτίμηση σε ξενοδοχεία διακοπών. Δημιουργικότητα, προγραμματισμός, συντονισμός, διαχείριση χρόνου, ομαδικό πνεύμα και ευχαρίστηση στην επαφή με τους επισκέπτες. Γερμανικά και Αγγλικά: στο κείμενο καλές γνώσεις, στα πεδία γλωσσών Γερμανικά A2 και Αγγλικά B1. Αναφέρονται δίπλωμα οδήγησης B και άδεια εργασίας.
