Tasks
Pripravovať menu, denné jedlá, stravovanie na konferencie a bufety; stavať a obsluhovať bufety; pripravovať mise en place a jedlá pre personál; preberať tovar, ošetrovať ho a hygienicky skladovať; udržiavať kuchyňu, chladiarenské a skladovacie priestory v čistote a dodržiavať požiadavky na kvalitu, hygienu a ochranu práce.
Requirements
Ideálne ukončené kuchárske vzdelanie; jeden rok praxe, najlepšie v hotelierstve zameranom na dovolenky. Kreativita, plánovanie, koordinácia, time manažment, schopnosť pracovať v tíme a radosť z kontaktu s hosťami. Nemčina a angličtina: v texte dobré znalosti, v jazykových poliach nemčina A2 a angličtina B1. Uvádza sa vodičský preukaz skupiny B a pracovné povolenie.
