Egy állomás kiszolgálásában való támogatás az étteremben Vendégeink szívélyes és professzionális kiszolgálása és tanácsadása Rendelések felvétele, valamint az ételek és italok szakszerű felszolgálása A gördülékeny kiszolgálási folyamat biztosítása Saját állomás előkészítése és utómunkái ( Mise en Place ) Szoros együttműködés az állomás Chef de Rang-jával és a teljes kiszolgáló csapattal Támogatás a professzionális és figyelmes vendégkiszolgálásban Magas minőségi és kiszolgálási standardjaink betartása
Requirements
Commi de Rang munkakörben mindig közvetlen kapcsolatban vagy az emberekkel, ezért az udvariasság, az ápolt megjelenés és a jó kisugárzás abszolút elvárás. Számunkra nagyon fontos a jó német- és angolnyelv-tudás. A motivációt és a rugalmasságot, az állóképességet és a munkakedvet e szakma alapvető feltételének tekintjük. Egy év tapasztalat; német C1 és angol C1 a profil szerint.
