Commis de Rang v aktívnom a wellness hoteli Bergfried v Tux. Celoročná prevádzka; zmluva na dobu určitú podľa inzerátu na pozíciu.
Tasks
Pomoc pri obsluhe stanice v reštaurácii Srdečná a profesionálna starostlivosť a poradenstvo pre našich hostí Prijímanie objednávok a odborný servis jedál a nápojov Zabezpečenie plynulého priebehu služby Príprava a následné upratanie vlastnej stanice ( Mise en Place ) Úzka spolupráca s Chef de Rang stanice a celým servisným tímom Podpora profesionálneho a pozorného servisu pre hostí Dodržiavanie našich vysokých štandardov kvality a servisu
Requirements
Ako Commi de Rang budeš vždy v priamom kontakte s ľuďmi, preto sú zdvorilosť, upravený vzhľad a charizma absolútnou nutnosťou. Veľmi dôležitá je pre nás dobrá znalosť nemčiny a angličtiny. Motiváciu a flexibilitu, vytrvalosť a radosť považujeme za základný predpoklad pre toto povolanie. Jeden rok praxe; nemčina C1 a angličtina C1 podľa profilu.
