Tasks
- Efectuarea tuturor activităților și sarcinilor necesare în aria de servicii - Satisfacția maximă a oaspeților prin servire optimă și amabilitate la cel mai înalt nivel - Asigurarea unei desfășurări fluide a serviciului în cadrul unei ture și în aria de responsabilitate atribuită - Cunoașterea întregii oferte de mâncăruri și băuturi - Înregistrarea corectă în sistemele de casă F&B, precum și gestiunea corectă a casei și decontarea în aria de responsabilitate - Respectarea fluxurilor operaționale în aria de responsabilitate
Requirements
- Studii finalizate ca și ospătar/chelner, specialist în hotelărie sau o profesie similară - Flexibilitate ridicată, fiabilitate și rezistență la stres - O prezență sigură și prietenoasă - Capacitate de lucru în echipă - Aspect îngrijit, bune maniere - Cunoștințe bune de germană și engleză, cunoașterea altor limbi străine este un avantaj
