About the position
A bécsi MuseumsQuartier mellett található 25hours Hotel minden Food & Beverage részlegének vezetőjét keresi, beleértve az éttermi és bári működést. Határozatlan idejű teljes munkaidős állás.
Tasks
Minden F&B osztályt eredményfelelősséggel vezetni és operatívan is részt venni a munkában. A vendégeket, csapatokat, osztályvezetőket és az ügyvezetést koordinálni. Az áruköltséget, a személyi és üzemeltetési költségeket irányítani, a bevételeket fejleszteni és a költségvetéseket tervezni. Munkatársakat kiválasztani, valamint visszajelzésekkel és képzésekkel fejleszteni. A termék- és szolgáltatásminőséget, valamint a HACCP-előírásokat biztosítani. Requirements
Többéves vezetői tapasztalat a F&B területen, ideális esetben a felsőkategóriás szállodaiparban. Magabiztosság a beosztástervezésben, megoldásorientált munkavégzés és higgadtság szűkös helyzetekben. Gyakorlati elkötelezettség, előrelátó gondolkodás és lelkesedés az ételek, italok, új koncepciók és rendezvények iránt. Öröm a pályaváltók betanításában. Nagyon jó német és angol nyelvtudás szóban és írásban. Magabiztos jártasság a kasszarendszerek, szállodai szoftverek és digitális eszközök kezelésében. Kezdeményezőkészség és nyitott hozzáállás a hibákhoz.
