About the position
Határozatlan idejű pénzügyi könyvelői állás a seefeldi Kaltschmid Betriebe számára. Heti 30 vagy 40 órás munkavégzést kínálnak; a bérszámfejtés nem tartozik ehhez a feladatkörhöz.
Tasks
A BMD-ben vezetett folyamatos pénzügyi könyvelés: bejövő és kimenő számlák, banki és készpénzes bizonylatok gyűjtése, rendezése és könyvelése. A szállodai napi zárások, valamint a készpénzes és hitelkártya-elszámolások ellenőrzése. VeVő- és szállítói számlák gondozása, a fizetési forgalom és a felszólítási rendszer kezelése, számlák egyeztetése és az eltérések tisztázása. A havi és éves zárások előkészítése és a könyvelőnek való továbbítása.
Requirements
Kereskedelmi végzettség vagy hasonló továbbképzés a számvitel területén, valamint legalább kettő-három év könyvelési gyakorlat. Biztos MS Office-ismeret, különösen Excel; BMD előny. Alapos ismeretek a nemzeti adó- és számviteli rendszerről, számok iránti affinitás, analitikus gondolkodás, precizitás, megbízhatóság, diszkréció és csapatmunkára való képesség. Német C2.
