About the position
Neadbytové miesto pre finančné účtovníctvo pre prevádzky Kaltschmid v Seefelde. Ponúkaný je 30- alebo 40-hodinový pracovný týždeň; mzdová účtovňa nie je súčasťou tejto úlohy.
Tasks
Viesť priebežné finančné účtovníctvo v systéme BMD: zhromažďovať, triediť a účtovať prijaté a vydané faktúry, bankové a pokladničné doklady. Kontrolovať denné uzávierky hotela, pokladničné a kreditné kartové vyúčtovania. Viesť účty odberateľov a dodávateľov, spracovávať platobný styk a upomínanie, odsúhlasovať účty a riešiť rozdiely. Pripravovať mesačné a ročné uzávierky a spolupracovať s daňovým poradcom.
Requirements
Obchodné vzdelanie alebo porovnateľné ďalšie vzdelanie v oblasti účtovníctva a minimálne dva až tri roky praxe v účtovníctve. Spoľahlivá práca s MS Office, najmä s Excelom; výhodou znalosť BMD. Hlboké znalosti národného daňového a účtovného systému, vzťah k číslam, analytické myslenie, starostlivosť, spoľahlivosť, diskrétnosť a schopnosť tímovej práce. Nemčina C2.
