Tasks
Du steuerst internationale Luftfrachtsendungen rund um den Globus – und sorgst dafür, dass Waren pünktlich von Kontinent zu Kontinent gelangen Du leistest einen aktiven Beitrag zum Erfolg von DSV – durch effiziente Abwicklung, zufriedene Kunden und nachhaltiges Wachstum Du bist Teil komplexer, internationaler Projekte und erlebst hautnah, wie globale Lieferketten funktionieren Du kommunizierst täglich mit Kolleg:innen und Partnern weltweit – von Europa bis Übersee Du koordinierst Abflüge, verfolgst Sendungen in Echtzeit und stellst sicher, dass alles genau dort ankommt, wo es gebraucht wird Du arbeitest mit modernen Tools wie CargoWise One und bekommst Einblick in die digitale Welt der globalen Logistik Du reagierst auf spontane Herausforderungen und findest schnelle, smarte Lösungen in einem dynamischen Umfeld Du baust dir ein internationales Netzwerk aus Airlines, Partnern und Kolleg:innen auf Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die korrekte Abrechnung gegenüber unseren weltweiten Standorten Du gestaltest unsere Qualitätsprozesse aktiv mit – damit wir unsere Kund:innen weltweit begeistern und jeden Tag ein Stück besser werden
Requirements
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung z.B. als Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar Erste Berufserfahrung als Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) im Bereich der Luftfracht Du bist mit den internationalen Luftfrachtregelungen und -vorschriften vertraut Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich) Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, idealerweise Kenntnisse in CargoWise1 Hohe Kundenorientierung, Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und systematisches Handeln zeichnen dich aus
