About the position
Szezonális állás a young mountainnál hóvédelmi létesítmények felügyeletére. Ausztria szerepel a bevetés helyszíneként; a konkrét projekttelephelyet a jelentkezési folyamat során egyeztetik. Az eredeti hirdetés egyben további országokra is vonatkozik, köztük Svájcra, Olaszországra és Franciaországra. A megadott órabér az általános pályázati feltétel; a megbeszélt bevetési hely konkrét feltételeit a szerződéses ajánlatban határozzák meg. Foglalkoztatás decembertől áprilisig, a hó- és területi viszonyoktól függően; konkrét szezonévet nem említenek. Foglalkoztatás mértéke: heti 30–40 óra.
Tasks
Felelősséget vállalni a sípályák minőségéért és biztonságáért. A csapat koordinálása és központi kapcsolattartóként való működés a felvonók felé. Szolgálati tervek készítése és az órabüdzsék felügyelete. A létesítmények korai előkészítése a vendégek számára, és a nap végén a Reshape segítségével való biztosítása. Kapcsolatként működni a helyszíni csapat, az iroda és az ügyfelek között.
Requirements
Síelési vagy snowboardozási ismeretek, jó kommunikációs készség, önálló felelősségvállalás és angol nyelvű érintkezés. Csapatmunka egy nemzetközi csapatban, megoldásorientált munkavégzés, kézügyesség és hajlandóság arra, hogy maga is belefogjon a munkába. Öröm a hegyi munkában bármilyen időjárás esetén és pontosság. Saját jármű bizonyos területeken előnyt jelent.
