About the position

Tasks
Συντήρηση και επισκευή τεχνικών εγκαταστάσεων, φροντίδα της τεχνικής υποδομής και των υποδομών του κτηρίου, καθώς και εκτέλεση επισκευών και μικροεγκαταστάσεων. Υποστήριξη άλλων τμημάτων και του housekeeping όταν απαιτείται. Λαμβάνοντας υπόψη βιώσιμες λύσεις και τη συνετή χρήση υλικών.
Requirements
Επαγγελματική ή τεχνική εκπαίδευση ή σχετική εμπειρία σύμφωνα με την επίσημη ιστοσελίδα καριέρας. Εμπειρία στην τεχνική υποστήριξη ξενοδοχείων, σε συστήματα θέρμανσης, εξαερισμού και κλιματισμού, στη γενική τεχνική διαχείριση κτιρίων και στην τεχνική υποστήριξη πισίνας. Άνεση στη χρήση προγραμμάτων υπολογιστή και λογισμικού συντήρησης. Αυτονομία, προσανατολισμός στη λύση, ακρίβεια, οργάνωση, προσανατολισμός στην εξυπηρέτηση, ομαδικό πνεύμα και επαγγελματική εμφάνιση. Γερμανικά C1, αγγλικά επιθυμητά.
