Tasks
Konserwacja i naprawa instalacji technicznych, pielęgnacja techniki budowlanej i infrastruktury oraz wykonywanie napraw i drobnych instalacji. W razie potrzeby wsparcie innych działów i housekeepingu. Uwzględnianie zrównoważonych rozwiązań i oszczędnego wykorzystania materiałów.
Requirements
Wykształcenie zawodowe lub techniczne bądź odpowiednie doświadczenie zgodnie z oficjalną stroną kariery. Doświadczenie w technice hotelowej, instalacjach grzewczych, wentylacyjnych i klimatyzacyjnych, ogólnej technice budynkowej oraz technice basenowej. Biegła obsługa programów komputerowych i oprogramowania do konserwacji. Samodzielność, nastawienie na rozwiązywanie problemów, dokładność, organizacja, orientacja na obsługę klienta, duch zespołowy i schludny wygląd. Niemiecki C1, angielski będzie atutem.
