About the position
Θέση όλο τον χρόνο στον τομέα τεχνικών εγκαταστάσεων κτηρίων του Gut Sonnberghof στο Mittersill. Πέντε εργάσιμες ημέρες με εννέα ώρες η καθεμία και ελεύθερα σαββατοκύριακα.
Tasks
Συντήρηση και φροντίδα τεχνικών εγκαταστάσεων και κτιρίων. Υποστήριξη ανακαινίσεων και τεχνικών έργων, εκτέλεση επισκευών και διασφάλιση ασφάλειας, τάξης και καθαριότητας στο κτίριο και στον περιβάλλοντα χώρο. Ανάληψη υπηρεσιών αποσκευών και μεταφοράς (shuttle) για τους επισκέπτες, φροντίδα κτιρίου και κήπου, καθαρισμός παραθύρων και άλλων χώρων, καθώς και εκτέλεση γεωργικών εργασιών.
Requirements
Δύο χρόνια επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας· τεχνική εκπαίδευση ή εμπειρία σε χειρωνακτικές εργασίες, π.χ. στον τομέα του ηλεκτρισμού, της υδραυλικής, της θέρμανσης ή των κατασκευών. Υπευθυνότητα, ακρίβεια, οργανωτική ικανότητα, πρακτική σκέψη και επιδεξιότητα στις χειρωνακτικές εργασίες. Πνεύμα ομαδικότητας και πρωτοβουλία. Γερμανικά επίπεδο C1 και δίπλωμα οδήγησης κατηγορίας B· προτιμώνται πολίτες της ΕΕ. Απαιτείται να φέρετε μαζί σας λευκό παντελόνι.
