About the position
Post disponibil pe tot parcursul anului în domeniul tehnicii clădirilor la Gut Sonnberghof din Mittersill. Cinci zile lucrătoare de câte nouă ore fiecare, cu weekenduri libere.
Tasks
Întreținerea și repararea instalațiilor tehnice și a clădirilor. Sprijinirea lucrărilor de transformare și a proiectelor tehnice, efectuarea reparațiilor și asigurarea securității, ordinii și curățeniei în casă și pe teren. Preluarea serviciului de bagaje și navetă pentru oaspeți, îngrijirea casei și a grădinii, curățarea geamurilor și a altor zone, precum și efectuarea lucrărilor agricole.
Requirements
Doi ani de experiență profesională; pregătire sau experiență artizanală ori tehnică, de exemplu în domeniul electric, sanitar, încălzire sau construcții. Simț al răspunderii, atenție la detalii, talent organizatoric, gândire practică și îndemânare. Spirit de echipă și inițiativă proprie. Germană C1 și permis de conducere categoria B; cetățenii UE sunt preferați. Pantalonii albi trebuie aduși de acasă.
