About the position
Τεχνικός κτιρίων στο Neuhaus Zillertal Resort στο Mayrhofen. Θέση πλήρους έτους· εναλλακτικά εποχιακή απασχόληση κατά βούληση. Έναρξη και ωράριο εργασίας κατόπιν λεπτομερούς συμφωνίας.
Tasks
Χειρισμός αναφορών βλαβών και έναρξη αποκατάστασης ελλείψεων. Διατήρηση του ξενοδοχειακού συγκροτήματος σε καλή κατάσταση, συντήρηση συστημάτων εξαερισμού, θέρμανσης και υγιεινής, συντονισμός και τεκμηρίωση ελέγχων ασφαλείας και πυροπροστασίας. Έλεγχος τεχνικών συστημάτων πισίνας και σάουνας, συνεργασία με τη γεωργία και τους κηπουρούς, καθοδήγηση της ομάδας συντήρησης και εκπαίδευση εργαζομένων.
Requirements
Ολοκληρωμένη τεχνική ή επαγγελματική εκπαίδευση και εμπειρία. Καλή γενική μόρφωση, τεχνική και ηλεκτρονική κατανόηση, επιδεξιότητα, ευελιξία, αντοχή στην πίεση, αυτονομία, ευχαρίστηση στην επαφή με ανθρώπους και ηγετικές ικανότητες. Πολύ καλά γερμανικά· τα αγγλικά είναι πλεονέκτημα.
