About the position

Tasks
Gestionarea alarmelor și inițierea lucrărilor de remediere a deficiențelor. Întreținerea complexului hotelier, mentenanța instalațiilor de ventilație, încălzire și sanitare, coordonarea și documentarea verificărilor de securitate și de protecție împotriva incendiilor. Controlul echipamentelor tehnice ale piscinei și saunei, colaborarea cu agricultura și grădinarii, coordonarea echipei de administratori și instruirea angajaților.
Requirements
Formare profesională finalizată în domeniul meșteșugăresc sau tehnic și experiență. Cultură generală bună, înțelegere tehnică și electronică, îndemânare meșteșugărească, flexibilitate, rezistență la stres, autonomie, plăcerea de a lucra cu oamenii și competențe de conducere. Germană foarte bună; engleza reprezintă un avantaj.
