About the position
Νεαρός μάγειρας σε οικογενειακό ξενοδοχείο ευεξίας Walserhof στο Hirschegg, άμεσα διαθέσιμη. Θέση εποχιακής απασχόλησης ορισμένου χρόνου για θερινή/χειμερινή λειτουργία.
Tasks
Μιζανπλάς, παρασκευή, διαμόρφωση και γαρνίρισμα στη θέση εργασίας που σας έχει ανατεθεί. Συμμόρφωση με τα πρότυπα ποιότητας, φρεσκάδας και HACCP. Παραλαβή, έλεγχος και αποθήκευση εμπορευμάτων, φροντίδα του ψυκτικού θαλάμου και των προϊόντων και καθαρισμός του χώρου εργασίας. Υποστήριξη της ομάδας σε εκδηλώσεις, δεξιώσεις και στην υπηρεσία à la carte. Αυτόνομη διαχείριση της θέσης σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες και ανάληψη ευθύνης για την κατανάλωση υλικών.
Requirements
Ολοκληρωμένη εκπαίδευση στον τομέα ξενοδοχείων/εστίασης ή/και πρώτη εμπειρία σε παρόμοια θέση· το προφίλ αναφέρει ένα έτος. Αγάπη για το μαγείρεμα και τα τρόφιμα, δημιουργικότητα, αξιοπιστία, αντοχή, προθυμία για βοήθεια και ομαδικό πνεύμα. Αγάπη για τη ζωή στα βουνά και θερμή αλπική φιλοξενία. Γερμανικά C1 και Αγγλικά B2.
