About the position
Tânăr bucătar în hotelul wellness Walserhof, cu conducere familială, în Hirschegg, disponibil imediat. Post sezonier pe durată determinată pentru activitatea de vară/iarnă.
Tasks
Mise en place, preparare, aranjare și garnisire pe postul alocat. Respectarea standardelor de calitate, prospețime și HACCP. Recepționarea, verificarea și depozitarea mărfurilor, întreținerea cămării frigorifice și a mărfurilor și curățarea locului de muncă. Sprijinirea echipei la evenimente, banchete și în activitatea à la carte. Gestionarea independentă a postului conform instrucțiunilor și asumarea responsabilității pentru consumul de materii prime.
Requirements
Formare finalizată în hotelărie/gastronomie și/sau experiență inițială într-o poziție similară; profilul menționează un an. Pasiune pentru gătit și alimente, creativitate, fiabilitate, rezistență la stres, disponibilitate de a ajuta și spirit de echipă. Bucurie de a trăi la munte și ospitalitate alpină caldă. Germană C1 și engleză B2.
