About the position

Tasks
Coordonezi bucătăria și echipa de bucătărie pe propria răspundere. Pregătești și dezvolți preparatele, planifici procesele și organizarea personalului. Requirements
Formare profesională completă ca bucătar, cinci ani de experiență profesională și un an de experiență în conducere, ideal ca bucătar-șef sau sous-chef. Pasiune pentru bucătăria austriacă și ingrediente proaspete. Capacitate de organizare, gândire economică, conducere bazată pe respect, spirit de echipă și calm în condiții de solicitare ridicată. Lucru independent și responsabil, precum și cunoștințe solide de igienă. Germană C1 și cunoștințe foarte bune de HOGAST myHOGAST.
