Tasks
Καθοδήγηση της ομάδας κουζίνας, κατάρτιση προγραμμάτων εργασίας και βαρδιών, καθώς και ενεργή συμμετοχή στην κουζίνα. Εκπόνηση μενού και υπολογισμών κόστους και διενέργεια της μηνιαίας απογραφής. Καθοδήγηση και ανάπτυξη των μελών της ομάδας με τακτική ανατροφοδότηση· διασφάλιση της ικανοποίησης των επισκεπτών.
Requirements
Ολοκληρωμένη σχετική εκπαίδευση και πολυετής εμπειρία ως σεφ. Εξαιρετικές επαγγελματικές γνώσεις, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των κανονισμών ασφαλείας. Προσανατολισμένη στη λύση και στο αποτέλεσμα εργασιακή προσέγγιση, αφοσίωση, υπευθυνότητα και αξιοπιστία. Πολύ καλή γνώση γερμανικών και/ή αγγλικών· τα αγγλικά μόνα τους είναι δυνατά ως εναλλακτική.
