About the position
Kuchár/ka na pozícii vedúceho kuchyne vo VAYA Post Saalbach v Saalbachu, od decembra 2026. Pracovný pomer na dobu určitú na plný úväzok v kuchynskom tíme.
Tasks
Viesť kuchynský tím, zostavovať personálne obsadenie a rozvrhy služieb a aktívne sa podieľať na práci v kuchyni. Vypracúvať jedálne lístky a kalkulácie nákladov a vykonávať mesačnú inventúru. Usmerňovať členov tímu, podporovať ich a pravidelne poskytovať spätnú väzbu; zabezpečiť spokojnosť hostí.
Requirements
Ukončené relevantné vzdelanie a viacročné skúsenosti ako šéfkuchár. Vynikajúce odborné znalosti vrátane bezpečnostných predpisov. Riešeniam a výsledkom orientovaný prístup k práci, angažovanosť, zodpovednosť a spoľahlivosť. Veľmi dobrá znalosť nemčiny a/alebo angličtiny; angličtina samostatne je možná ako alternatíva.
