About the position
Trogodišnja obuka s blok nastavom u VALARA Alpine Art Hotelu u Hintertuxu. Početak odmah ili prema dogovoru; moguće je i probno razdoblje.
Tasks
Pružaš podršku našem servisnom timu u brizi o našim gostima. Učiš kako srdačno pozdraviti i ugostiti goste. Sudjeluješ u posluživanju doručka, dnevnog i večernjeg servisa. Učiš pravilno posluživanje jela i pića. Korak po korak upoznaješ naš jelovnik, kartu pića i vinsku kartu. Zajedno sa svojim timom pripremaš mise-en-place. Pomažeš pri postavljanju i posluživanju naših buffeta. Učiš pravilan rukovanje čašama, priborom za jelo i servisnom opremom. Dobivaš uvid u rad na našem hotelskom baru. Zajedno sa svojim timom brineš za red i čistoću. Upoznaješ naše higijenske i HACCP standarde te ih primjenjuješ.
Requirements
Uspješno završeno 9. razreda Uživanje u radu s ljudima Dobro poznavanje njemačkog jezika Ljubazno i otvoreno ponašanje Interes za gastronomiju, hranu i piće Uživanje u učenju novih stvari Pouzdanost i pažljiv način rada Timski duh i uredan izgled Respekt u ophođenju s gostima i kolegama Razina jezika prema oglasu: DE C2. Radna dozvola mora biti prisutna ili državljanstvo EU.

Dodatno se navodi 200 EUR mjesečno na naukničku naknadu; je li taj dodatak uključen u navedenih 1.200 EUR, iz oglasa nije razvidno.
