Hároméves tanulmányi képzés blokkolt oktatással a VALARA Alpine Art Hotelben, Hintertuxban. Belépés azonnal vagy megállapodás szerint; próbanap lehetséges.
Tasks
Segíted a kiszolgáló csapatunkat vendégeink ellátásában. Megtanulod, hogyan fogadjuk és lássuk el barátságosan vendégeinket. Részt veszel a reggeli, nappali és esti kiszolgálásban. Megtanulod az ételek és italok szakszerű felszolgálását. Lépésről lépésre megismerkedsz étel-, ital- és borlapunkkal. Csapatoddal együtt előkészíted a mise-en-place-t. Segítesz büféink felállításában és gondozásában. Megtanulod a poharak, evőeszközök és kiszolgálóeszközök helyes kezelését. Betekintést nyersz szállodabárunk munkájába. Csapatoddal együtt gondoskodsz a rendről és tisztaságról. Megismered higiéniai és HACCP-előírásainkat, és betartod azokat.

Kedvezmények síbérlésre és sí-/hegyi pálya jegyre. Közvetítési jutalom akár 500 EUR, támogatás és költségrészvétel szakmai továbbképzéseknél, valamint vállalati nyugdíjpénztár. Ingyenes szállás kétágyas szobában fürdőszobával/zuhanyzóval, WC-vel, TV-vel és internettel. Az internátusköltségek átvállalása és a jogosítvány finanszírozása sikeres szakmunkásvizsga esetén. Ezenkívül havi 200 EUR-t említenek a tanulói díjazáson felül; hogy ez a pótlék benne van-e a megadott 1.200 EUR-ban, az a hirdetésből nem derül ki. Szabadságigény a kollektív szerződés és a WKO előírásai szerint.
