About the position
Trogodišnje kuharsko obrazovanje u Neuhaus Zillertal Resortu u Mayrhofenu kao cjelogodišnje radno mjesto. Početak rada po dogovoru.
Tasks
Upoznati različita područja kuhinje, primjenjivati tradicionalne i nove recepte te vježbati pripremu, začinjavanje, dotjerivanje okusa, slaganje i posluživanje jela. Oblikovati buffete, učiti upravljanje skladištem i različite tehnike kuhanja te primjenjivati higijenske propise.
