Stagiu de trei ani de formare ca bucătar la Neuhaus Zillertal Resort în Mayrhofen, ca post pe tot parcursul anului. Începerea activității prin acord.
Tasks
Să cunoști diferite zone ale bucătăriei, să pui în practică rețete tradiționale și noi, precum și să exersezi pregătirea, condimentarea, ajustarea gustului, aranjarea în farfurii și servirea. Să organizezi buffet-uri, să înveți gestionarea stocului și diferite tehnici culinare, precum și să aplici normele de igienă.
Requirements
Absolvirea cu succes a școlii obligatorii, plăcere pentru gătit și mâncare, dorință de învățare și implicare. Interes pentru alimente regionale și internaționale de calitate superioară, amabilitate, deschidere, spirit de echipă, creativitate, ambiție și flexibilitate.
