Hotel Zimba u Schrunsu traži od 7. prosinca 2026. patisera/garde mangera na puno radno vrijeme za zimsku i ljetnu sezonu. Između sezona je otprilike pet tjedana.
Tasks
Pripremati hladna predjela, popodnevni buffet, deserte i slastice te se pridržavati higijenskih propisa. Službena stranica za karijere dodatno navodi zamjenu na pojedinim radnim mjestima, topla jela, umake i priloge te mise en place i kontrolu namirnica.
Requirements
Kuharska izobrazba ili odgovarajuće radno iskustvo i dobro poznavanje austrijske kuhinje. Kreativno planiranje jelovnika, veselje prema slastičarstvu i hladnoj kuhinji, organiziranost, fleksibilnost i timski duh. U oglasu je navedena po jedna godina radnog i rukovodećeg iskustva. Njemački B2; prema oglasu prednost imaju građani EU-a.
