About the position
Patissier im Hotel Alpenhof in St. Jakob im Defereggental, Osttirol, ab 16. Dezember 2026. Befristete Vollzeitstelle für Sommer-/Wintersaison. Für die kommende Saison wird die Küchenbrigade neu aufgebaut.
Tasks
Kreation und Herstellung von Desserts, Torten, Kuchen, Pralinen und weiteren süßen Köstlichkeiten Ansprechende Präsentation und Dekoration der Desserts sorgfältigem und wirtschaftlichem Umgang mit unseren Lebensmitteln Sicherstellung höchster Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards Organisation und strukturierte Arbeitsweise im Patisserie-Bereich Mitgestaltung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unseres Dessertangebots Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem gesamten Küchenteam
Requirements
Du verfügst idealerweise über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Patissier oder Konditor beziehungsweise über Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich. Ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Geschmack, Ästhetik und hochwertige Produkte zeichnet dich ebenso aus wie deine Liebe zum Detail und dein Anspruch an höchste Qualität. Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und verantwortungsbewusst und behältst auch in arbeitsintensiven Situationen den Überblick. Als Teamplayer bringst du dich aktiv in unsere Küche ein, schätzt die Zusammenarbeit mit deinen Kollegen und bist offen für neue Ideen und kreative Impulse. Mit deiner Motivation, deinem Qualitätsbewusstsein und deiner Leidenschaft möchtest du unsere Patisserie kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln und unseren Gästen besondere Genussmomente bereiten. Deutsch B1 und Englisch A2 laut Profil.
