About the position
Ζαχαροπλάστης στο Hotel Alpenhof στο St. Jakob im Defereggental, Ανατολικό Τιρόλο, από τις 16 Δεκεμβρίου 2026. Θέση πλήρους απασχόλησης ορισμένου χρόνου για θερινή/χειμερινή σεζόν. Για την επερχόμενη σεζόν η ομάδα κουζίνας θα συγκροτηθεί εκ νέου.
Tasks
Δημιουργία και παρασκευή επιδορπίων, τούρτων, κέικ, πραλίνων και άλλων γλυκών απολαύσεων Ελκυστική παρουσίαση και διακόσμηση των επιδορπίων Προσεκτική και οικονομική διαχείριση των τροφίμων μας Διασφάλιση των υψηλότερων προτύπων ποιότητας και υγιεινής Οργάνωση και δομημένος τρόπος εργασίας στον τομέα της ζαχαροπλαστικής Συμμετοχή στη διαμόρφωση και συνεχή εξέλιξη της γκάμας επιδορπίων μας Στενή συνεργασία με όλη την ομάδα κουζίνας
Requirements
Ιδανικά, διαθέτεις ολοκληρωμένη εκπαίδευση ως ζαχαροπλάστης ή ζαχαροπλάστης-αρτοποιός ή επαγγελματική εμπειρία στον συγκεκριμένο τομέα. Διαθέτεις έντονη αίσθηση γεύσης, αισθητικής και ποιοτικών προϊόντων, όπως επίσης αγάπη για τη λεπτομέρεια και υψηλές απαιτήσεις ποιότητας. Εργάζεσαι αυτόνομα, οργανωμένα και υπεύθυνα και διατηρείς την εποπτεία ακόμη και σε απαιτητικές καταστάσεις. Ως ομαδικός παίκτης, συμμετέχεις ενεργά στην κουζίνα μας, εκτιμάς τη συνεργασία με τους συναδέλφους σου και είσαι ανοιχτός σε νέες ιδέες και δημιουργικά ερεθίσματα. Με το κίνητρό σου, την επίγνωση ποιότητας και το πάθος σου, επιθυμείς να αναπτύσσεις συνεχώς το ζαχαροπλαστείο μας και να προσφέρεις στους επισκέπτες μας ξεχωριστές στιγμές απόλαυσης. Γερμανικά B1 και Αγγλικά A2 σύμφωνα με το προφίλ.
