About the position
Hotel Salzburgerhof in Zell am See sucht Verstärkung als Reservierungsmitarbeiter mit Entwicklungsmöglichkeit zur stellvertretenden Reservierungsleitung. Unbefristete Ganzjahresstelle; Beginn ab sofort.
Tasks
Angebote und Reservierungen bearbeiten, Anzahlungen und Stornierungskosten verbuchen, Zimmerraten pflegen sowie Packages kalkulieren. Beschwerden bearbeiten, mit Front Office zusammenarbeiten und die Reservierungsleitung unterstützen; perspektivisch stellvertretende Aufgaben übernehmen.
Requirements
Mindestens zwei Jahre Reservierungserfahrung, idealerweise gehobene Hotellerie. Re:Guest- und Gastrodat-Kenntnisse ideal. Zahlenverständnis, wirtschaftliches Denken, Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent, Serviceorientierung und strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise. Deutsch C1 und Englisch B2; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil. EU-Bürger bevorzugt.
