Tasks
Spracovávať ponuky a rezervácie, účtovať zálohy a storno poplatky, aktualizovať ceny izieb a kalkulovať balíky služieb. Riešiť sťažnosti, spolupracovať s recepciou a podporovať vedúceho rezervácií; perspektívne preberať zastupujúce úlohy.
Requirements
Minimálne dva roky skúseností s rezerváciami, ideálne v luxusnom hotelierstve. Ideálna znalosť Re:Guest a Gastrodat. Číselná gramotnosť, ekonomické myslenie, komunikačné schopnosti, organizačný talent, orientácia na služby a štruktúrovaný, samostatný spôsob práce. Nemčina C1 a angličtina B2; ďalšie jazyky výhodou. Preferovaní občania EÚ.
