Υπάλληλος κρατήσεων στο Grand Tirolia Kitzbühel, Eichenheim 10. Πλήρης απασχόληση με σύμβαση εργασίας αορίστου διάρκειας· κατόπιν επιθυμίας είναι δυνατή σύμβαση ορισμένου χρόνου (εποχιακή). Έναρξη άμεσα.
Tasks
Τα αιτήματα κράτησης τα καταχωρείς στο σύστημα ηλεκτρονικής επεξεργασίας δεδομένων και τα διεκπεραιώνεις έως το τέλος. Τα αιτήματα μέσω email και τηλεφώνου τα παραλαμβάνεις και τα επεξεργάζεσαι. Με τη βοήθεια των εξειδικευμένων γνώσεών σου δημιουργείς ελκυστικές προσφορές για ομάδες και μεμονωμένους πελάτες. Αναλαμβάνεις καθημερινές διοικητικές εργασίες, όπως π.χ. την οργάνωση του γραφείου. Για να κάνεις τη διαμονή των επισκεπτών μας μια αξέχαστη εμπειρία, δέχεσαι τις επιθυμίες τους και καταβάλλεις κάθε προσπάθεια για να τις ικανοποιήσεις. Παρέχεις στους επισκέπτες μας λεπτομερείς πληροφορίες για ολόκληρη την προσφορά του resort (γαστρονομία, εκδηλώσεις, γκολφ, yoga, ευεξία...)
Requirements
Ολοκληρωμένη εκπαίδευση στον τομέα της ξενοδοχίας/ταξιδιωτικού γραφείου Επαγγελματική εμπειρία επιθυμητή, αλλά όχι απαραίτητη Η επικοινωνία στα γερμανικά και τα αγγλικά με τους διεθνείς μας επισκέπτες είναι ένα από τα δυνατά σου σημεία Καλές γνώσεις Η/Υ (MS-Office και προγράμματα κρατήσεων/Opera Cloud) Χάρη στον ανοιχτό και φιλικό σου χαρακτήρα, σου είναι εύκολο να δεθείς ως νέα ομάδα Φέρνεις τις δημιουργικές σου ιδέες αυτόνομα και έχεις διάθεση για περαιτέρω εκπαίδευση Η προσωπική δέσμευση, το ομαδικό πνεύμα και το ιδιαίτερο οργανωτικό σου ταλέντο σε ξεχωρίζουν Το υψηλό σου επίπεδο ενσυναίσθησης φαίνεται κυρίως στο ότι έχεις πολύ καλή αίσθηση των αναγκών των επισκεπτών μας και των συναδέλφων σου Η περιποιημένη εμφάνιση είναι αυτονόητη για εσένα Η διακριτικότητα και η αξιοπιστία αποτελούν βασική προϋπόθεση και για εσένα Το upselling σου βγαίνει στο άψε σβήσε
