About the position
Djelatnik za rezervacije u Grand Tirolia Kitzbühel, Eichenheim 10. Puno radno vrijeme uz ugovor o radu na neodređeno; na želju je moguć i sezonski ugovor. Početak odmah.
Tasks
Rezervacijske upite unosiš u elektroničku obradu podataka i obrađuješ ih do kraja. Primaš i obrađuješ upite putem e-pošte i telefona. Uz pomoć svog stručnog znanja izrađuješ privlačne grupne i individualne ponude. Preuzimaš administrativne svakodnevne zadatke, poput uredske organizacije. Kako biš našim gostima boravak učinio nezaboravnim iskustvom, primaš njihove želje i činiš sve da ih ispuniš. Gostima pružaš detaljne informacije o cjelokupnoj ponudi u resortu (gastronomija, događanja, golf, joga, wellness...)
Requirements
