About the position
Post permanent cu normă întreagă la Krumers Alpin din Seefeld, cu aproximativ 250 de oaspeți cazați. Micul dejun și gustarea de după-amiază sunt oferite sub formă de bufet, iar seara se servește un meniu la alegere în cinci feluri.
Tasks
Coordonezi operativ întreaga zonă de restaurant, inclusiv barul hotelului și micul bistro. Te ocupi de comenzi și de organizarea aprovizionării, conduci și motivezi echipa, asiguri calitatea serviciilor și satisfacția oaspeților. Planifici turele și resursele din punct de vedere economic, colaborezi cu bucătăria și cu direcțiunea și dezvolți în continuare procesele de lucru.
Requirements
Trei ani de experiență profesională și doi ani de experiență în conducere; practică ca director de restaurant, maître sau într-o poziție comparabilă. Personalitate de gazdă, orientare către servicii, competențe de conducere, mod de lucru structurat și orientat către soluții. Cunoștințe bune de băuturi și vinuri, experiență în procesarea comenzilor, rezistență la stres și capacitate de a menține o viziune de ansamblu. Germană C2, engleză C1. Permis de muncă existent sau cetățenie UE.
