Tasks
- Ενεργή συμμετοχή και οργάνωση της λειτουργίας του εστιατορίου - Συντονισμός της ομάδας και των εξωτερικών συνεργατών - Εξυπηρέτηση των επισκεπτών στο πρωινό και στο σέρβις à la carte - Ανάληψη προγραμμάτων βάρδιας, εκπαίδευσης και συναντήσεων ανατροφοδότησης - Ευθύνη για τα πρότυπα και τη διαχείριση παραπόνων - Έλεγχος υγιεινής και ασφάλειας - Συμμετοχή στη διαμόρφωση του καταλόγου φαγητών και κρασιών και συνεργασία με την ομάδα τραπεζογραμματείας
