Tasks
- Aktív részvétel és szervezés az étterem működésében - A csapat és a külső partnerek koordinálása - Vendégek kiszolgálása a reggelinél és az à la carte szervizben - Munkabeosztások, betanítás és visszajelző beszélgetések lebonyolítása - A szabványok és a panaszkezelés felelőssége - A higiénia és a biztonság ellenőrzése - Az étel- és borlap kialakításában való részvétel, valamint együttműködés a bankett csapattal
