About the position
A kapruni Bergdorf Hotel Zaglgut azonnali kezdéssel keres recepcióst (részmunkaidő, 36 óra). Vállalati filozófiánk: BOLDOG, AKI BOLDOGGÁ TESZ. Megérkezni és azonnal egy fokozattal visszavenni – a Kaprun felett fekvő Zaglgut chalet-jeiben és lakosztályaiban vendégeinknek ez sikerülni fog. Az abszolút nyugalom a Kitzsteinhorn lábánál, közvetlen síbejárattal (Ski in | Ski out), a kilátás a Zeller See-re, a Zaglgut előtti rétek és erdők – ez korunk igazi luxusa. Mindehhez kiváló wellness- és gasztronómiai kínálatunk társul. Szenvedélyes házigazda vagy, a nyüzsgő pillanatokban is átlátod a helyzetet, és egy motivált, fiatal csapat tagja szeretnél lenni? Meleg fogadtatás és búcsúztatás check-in és check-out során Foglalások és ajánlatok elkészítésének lebonyolítása Vendégszolgálat – a vendégek kéréseinek és kérdéseinek fogadása Végszámla készítése távozáskor, pénztárkezelés E-mail- és telefonos kommunikáció
Requirements
Legalább 3 év szakmai tapasztalat recepciós és reservációs területen Felelősségtudat és önálló munkavégzés Vendég- és szolgáltatásorientált gondolkodásmód B kategóriás jogosítvány Ápolt, professzionális megjelenés Nagyon jó német nyelvtudás (C1) és jó angol nyelvtudás (B2) Jó számítógépes ismeretek, Casablanca szállodai program, a Reguest előnyt jelent
