About the position
Recepcjonista w czterogwiazdkowym hotelu superior Das Neuhaus w Saalbach od 1 grudnia 2026 lub do uzgodnienia. Praca pełnoetatowa na czas określony na sezon letni i zimowy.
Tasks
Przyjmowanie, obsługa i żegnanie gości, realizacja zameldowania i wymeldowania wraz z rejestracją. Obsługa korespondencji telefonicznej i e-mailowej w języku niemieckim i angielskim, zarządzanie rezerwacjami i danymi gości, koordynacja działów, udzielanie informacji oraz prowadzenie kasy i faktur.
Requirements
Wykształcenie hotelarskie lub doświadczenie na recepcji; profil wskazuje rok doświadczenia zawodowego i mniej niż rok doświadczenia w zarządzaniu. Silne umiejętności komunikacyjne i organizacyjne, nienaganna, zorientowana na obsługę prezencja, MS Office oraz oprogramowanie hotelowe takie jak Protel. Umiejętność pracy w zespole, odporność na stres, elastyczność, niemiecki na poziomie C2 i angielski na poziomie C1; dodatkowe języki będą atutem.
