About the position
Recepționer la hotelul de patru stele superior Das Neuhaus din Saalbach, începând cu 1 decembrie 2026 sau conform înțelegerii. Post cu normă întreagă pe durată determinată, pentru sezonul de vară și de iarnă.
Tasks
Întâmpinarea, îngrijirea și luarea la revedere a oaspeților, efectuarea check-in-ului și check-out-ului, inclusiv înregistrarea. Gestionarea corespondenței telefonice și prin e-mail în germană și engleză, administrarea rezervărilor și a datelor oaspeților, coordonarea departamentelor, oferirea de informații, precum și gestionarea casei de marcat și a facturilor.
Requirements
Formare în hotelărie sau experiență la recepție; profilul menționează un an de experiență profesională și mai puțin de un an de experiență de conducere. Abilități puternice de comunicare și organizare, o ținută îngrijită orientată spre servicii, MS Office și software hotelier precum Protel. Spirit de echipă, rezistență la stres, flexibilitate, germană C2 și engleză C1; alte limbi reprezintă un avantaj.
