About the position
Recepciós és foglalási munkatárs a turracher Höhe-i Seehotel Jägerwirt szállodában 2026. december 1-től. Egész éves, határozatlan idejű állandó munkaviszony; a hirdetés nyári és téli szezont is megemlít.
Tasks
Foglalási kérések fogadása és feldolgozása, aktív értékesítés telefonon és e-mailben, vendégek köszöntése és bejelentkeztetése. Nemzetközi vendégek gondozása, tájékoztatás és a tartózkodás megszervezése. Számlák kiállítása, pénztár vezetése, kijelentkeztetés lebonyolítása, utalványok és szobák értékesítése, valamint recepciós adminisztráció és törzsadat-kezelés ellátása. Szoros együttműködés a többi osztállyal.
Requirements
Szállodai szakképzettség vagy recepciós tapasztalat előny; a metaadatok két év szakmai tapasztalatot említenek. Német C2, angol B1, további idegen nyelvek előnyben. Barátságos, ápolt és szolgáltatásorientált megjelenés, jó kommunikációs készség, szervezőkészség, önállóság és megbízhatóság. Csapatszellem, motiváció, elhivatottság, rugalmasság és terhelhetőség. Magabiztos adminisztratív feladatokban, ideális esetben szállodai szoftverismeret. EU-s állampolgárok előnyben.
