About the position
Recepčný a rezervačný pracovník v jazernom hoteli Jägerwirt na Turracher Höhe od 1. decembra 2026. Celoročný, trvalý pracovný pomer; inzerát zároveň uvádza letnú aj zimnú sezónu.
Tasks
Prijímať a spracúvať rezervačné požiadavky, aktívne predávať telefonicky a e-mailom, vítať hostí a vykonávať ich check-in. Starať sa o medzinárodných hostí, poskytovať informácie a organizovať ich pobyt. Vystavovať faktúry, viesť pokladňu, vybavovať check-out, predávať poukážky a izby, ako aj zabezpečovať administratívu recepcie a správu kmeňových údajov. Úzko spolupracovať s ostatnými oddeleniami.
Requirements
Hotelová škola alebo skúsenosti s prácou na recepcii výhodou; metadáta uvádzajú dva roky praxe. Nemčina C2, angličtina B1 a ďalšie cudzie jazyky vítané. Priateľské, upravené a na služby orientované vystupovanie, chuť komunikovať, organizačný talent, samostatnosť a spoľahlivosť. Tímový duch, motivácia, angažovanosť, flexibilita a odolnosť voči stresu. Istota pri administratívnych úlohách, ideálne znalosť hotelového softvéru. Občania EÚ preferovaní.
