About the position
Θερινή θέση εργασίας στο εστιατόριο σκι και βραδινό εστιατόριο του ξενοδοχείου Almschlössl. Αποκλειστικά υπηρεσία à la carte· τα τιμολόγια δεν χρεώνονται στα δωμάτια του ξενοδοχείου. Η ομάδα σέρβις περιλαμβάνει πέντε σερβιτόρους πληρωμών και τρεις commis de rang.
Tasks
Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών στο εστιατόριο και υποστήριξη της ομάδας σέρβις. Διαχείριση παραγγελιών με Orderman, χρέωση σε δική σας ταμειακή μηχανή και κάλυψη ημερήσιων εναλλασσόμενων σταθμών εργασίας.
Requirements
Εκπαίδευση στον χώρο της εστίασης και τρία χρόνια επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας. Σίγουρη παρουσία, θετική ενέργεια, δέσμευση, κίνητρο και ευελιξία· διατήρηση της συνολικής εικόνας ακόμη και σε υψηλή προσέλευση πελατών. Γερμανικά σε μητρικό επίπεδο και αγγλικά C1. Προτιμώνται πολίτες της ΕΕ.
