About the position
Loc de muncă pentru sezonul de iarnă la restaurantul de schi și restaurantul de seară al hotelului Almschlössl. Exclusiv serviciu à la carte; facturile nu se înregistrează pe camera de hotel. Echipa de servire cuprinde cinci chelneri care încasează și trei commis de rang.
Tasks
Servire i clienti al ristorante e supportare la squadra di servizio. Gestire gli ordini con Orderman, incassare alla propria cassa e occuparsi di postazioni che cambiano ogni giorno.
Requirements
Formare în gastronomie și trei ani de experiență profesională. Prezență sigură, atitudine pozitivă, implicare, motivație și flexibilitate; capacitatea de a păstra o vedere de ansamblu chiar și la un flux mare de clienți. Germană la nivel de limbă maternă și engleză C1. Se preferă cetățenii UE.
