About the position

Tasks
Λειτουργική διοίκηση του καταστήματος καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της σεζόν – χειμώνας (σκι, ενοικίαση σκι, σέρβις σκι) και καλοκαίρι (ποδήλατο, outdoor, ενοικίαση, σέρβις) Διοίκηση προσωπικού, προγραμματισμός βαρδιών και ωραρίων, καθώς και coaching της ομάδας σε πωλήσεις, ενοικίαση και συνεργείο Διασφάλιση κορυφαίας εμπειρίας πελάτη – από τη συμβουλευτική έως την επιστροφή Διαχείριση εμπορευμάτων: παραγγελίες, παραλαβή εμπορευμάτων, διαχείριση αποθεμάτων, απογραφή Διαμόρφωση προϊοντικής γκάμας, παρουσίαση εμπορευμάτων και εποχιακό visual merchandising Ευθύνη για τους στόχους τζίρου, κερδοφορίας και KPI της τοποθεσίας Ενεργή συμμετοχή στην καθημερινή λειτουργία – δεν διοικείς από το γραφείο, αλλά μέσα από το κατάστημα Διαχείριση ταμείου, κλείσιμο ημέρας και διοικητικά καθήκοντα Διαχείριση επιστροφών και παραπόνων με σύνεση
Requirements
Πολυετής επαγγελματική εμπειρία στον χώρο του αθλητισμού/λιανεμπορίου, ιδανικά με ευθύνη διοίκησης Ολοκληρωμένη εμπορική εκπαίδευση Έντονος προσανατολισμός στις πωλήσεις και την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών με νοοτροπία ενεργούς συμμετοχής Ηγετική προσωπικότητα με ομαδικό πνεύμα και γνήσιο πάθος για τον αθλητισμό Αγάπη για τα χειμερινά ΚΑΙ τα καλοκαιρινά σπορ (ποδήλατο, υπαίθριες δραστηριότητες) – ζεις τον αθλητισμό όλο τον χρόνο Πολύ καλή γνώση γερμανικών και καλή γνώση αγγλικών (άλλες γλώσσες αποτελούν πλεονέκτημα) Άνεση στη χρήση συστημάτων διαχείρισης αποθεμάτων και ταμειακών συστημάτων Επιχειρηματική σκέψη και ανάληψη προσωπικής ευθύνης
